Will the Color be exactly as shown?
The settings of your computer screen may alter the color of the pictures shown on the site. Slight color change does not mean that the dress is defective or mis-shipped. If you are sure you were shipped for example, plum instead of pearl, please contact customer service immediately on arrival of dress. We would be happy to send you a swatch card at your request.
Can I Return My Dress?
The short answer is NO! The long answer is that if you were shipped an incorrect style, color or a damaged gown, please contact Customer Service Immediately to resolve this issue. It is recommended that you take a picture of any damage you see on the gown and email it to our customer service representative at the time you receive the gown. Any questions about a dress must be addressed with Customer Service within 5 working days from receipt of the dress. No returns accepted if tags are removed.
